Synergy Gym is a locally-run, community-based gym in Ilminster with a focus on real people, real training, and long-term member support. We aim to create an uplifting, inclusive environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated — not just sold to. Synergy exists to raise the standard of what a community gym can be.
